For circuit board fabrication, we use AOI,flying probe or E-test fixture to do trace and hole inspection, and manual visual inspection to guarantee 100% passing, Which is the key to assembly all parts on the bared boards to avoid Irretrievable loss. For PCB SMT process, all components are sure to be correct before production, and dual rail online AOI and X-ray machines to check every part after SMD production and do final inspection before shipment. To strictly control quality in every process helping us to gain more and more clients satisfaction.
